To ensure your personalized greeting is loaded onto your phone upon delivery, please record and submit it no later than 15 days before your event date. As your special day approaches, we will send you reminders to submit your greeting. If you choose not to record a greeting or prefer not to, we will load a generic one on your behalf.

Once you receive your Audio Guest Book, you can also record greetings directly on it.

Rest assured that your Audio Guest Book will be delivered to you with a full charge, providing you with more than 50 hours of battery life.

To ensure its timely arrival, your Audio Guest Book will be dispatched via courier at least 14 days before your event date. In the majority of cases, you can expect to receive your Audio Guest Book up to 5 days prior to your event date.

All you need to do is place your Audio Guest Book in the provided prepaid postal satchel and conveniently drop it off at the nearest post office.

Please ensure that you return your Audio Guest Book within three days after your event date.

We are open to bookings starting from 6 weeks in advance and even further into the future. Your primary concern should be securing the desired style of your choice.

If you require your Audio Guest Book within a timeframe of less than 6 weeks, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For a complete refund, you have the option to cancel your booking up to 21 days before your event date. If the cancellation is made between 15 and 20 days prior to your event date, a 50% refund will be provided.

Up to 15 days before your event date, you can modify your booking by selecting a different style of Audio Guest Book at no additional cost. Please note that this is subject to availability.

Due to the commencement of the dispatch process within 14 days of your event date, it is not possible to cancel or make changes to your booking. Unfortunately, no refund or credit can be provided in such cases.

Upon receiving your Audio Guest Book, you can expect to receive your gallery within one day of submitting the image for customization of your video files. However, the maximum timeframe for receiving the gallery is five days, whichever occurs earlier.

In your voice message gallery, you will find both audio (MP3) and video (MP4) files for each recording, allowing for convenient downloading and sharing on any device or social media platform.

Each recording is provided as an independent file, presented separately.

After we receive your Audio Guest Book, we will remind you to submit an image from your event day or a fun throwback. This image will be incorporated into the video (MP4) versions of your voice messages, making them ready for sharing.
